Salary

Basic up to 17K depending on experience

Bonus of up to 18K

 

Hours of work

Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

 

 

Job Purpose: To ensure the efficient administration of all new and used vehicles for the Sales Department within defined operating policies and procedures.

 

To answer incoming telephone calls, route calls accordingly and to take and distribute messages effectively and to provide secretarial assistance as required.

 

As a Sales Administrator, your Key Responsibilities will be:

 

Maintain records of all new and used vehicle customer files in an efficient and effective manner

 

Complete and process all vehicle orders in line with direction from Sales Manager ensuring the accuracy of orders against current codes

 

Continuously monitor vehicle availability and in transit to dealership

 

Collate and record all new vehicle delivery information and update status and availability information

 

On completion of vehicle sales, complete new car sales orders and PDI instructions

 

Arrange registration and Vehicle Excise Licences for all sold vehicles

 

Maintain calendars and record of all tax renewals for company demonstrators and courtesy vehicles to ensure timely renewal and ensure that all unexpired vehicle licence discs for used vehicle stock are recorded and stored in a safe and accurate manner

 

Arrange hand over of taxed, registered, and prepared vehicles to sales staff for customers including all required documentation

 

Prepare and complete all sales invoices and relevant paperwork in a timely manner for both retail and trade sales

 

Ensure that all necessary data is entered onto the ISPR form for every vehicle sale

 

Ensure that all relevant vehicles are entered onto and taken off all relevant reporting systems in an efficient and timely manner in line with manufacturers and finance partner requirements

 

Provide secretarial assistance as required, including making appointments, typing correspondence, and answering telephones
