An exciting opportunity exists for the successful candidate to work in an amazing area and office environment. Joining our team you will be providing sales administration services to a team of highly successful Recruitment Consultants based in the heart of Chester City Centre.

To be considered for this role you will be an energetic and enthusiastic person who has a mature approach, willingness to learn and pride yourself on your excellent communication skills and personal presentation. You possess exceptional attention to detail and are able to juggle multiple deadlines. You are dedicated to your responsibilities and work well under pressure and always strive to provide quality and service to our clients. 

Your key responsibilities will include;

  • To provide six-star service and to meet and exceed the expectations of Recruitment Consultants, performing administrative duties associated with supporting a successful sales team.
  • To adhere to systems and procedures established for the sales administration process, including strict adherence to compliance and the developed checklist systems.
  • To ensure timely processing of advertisements, offers and exchanges as required
  • Ensure all assignments are advertised on the correct job boards through the Icognia marketing system.
  • To execute and maintain professional correspondence with all stakeholders as required throughout sales process, including timely processing of assignments, offers and acceptances as required
  • Supporting the management team by analysing data on advertisement response against job board, region and job type, preparing and presenting your analysis in a timely and professional manner. 
  • To ensure all advertising processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including quality assurance

SKILLS

  • Proven experience working in sales administration 
  • Superior computer skills and understanding of Microsoft applications and database management 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict guidelines and deadlines
