We are looking for a Retention Manager to join our BMW Retailer in Tunbridge Wells ! This role is ideal for an experienced marketing, database or CRM manager, or a sales executive who is ready for the next challenge!

Our ideal candidate will have prestige sector motor industry experience, be computer savvy, be self-motivated and target driven, as well as have the skill set required to work within dynamic sales and aftersales teams.

This role is to increase the number of Customers visiting the Retail Centre whilst ensuring existing customers remain loyal. This requires internal departmental collaboration, timely and relevant communication and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

This objective will be achieved through the development and implementation of a sustainable and effective customer retention and marketing strategy. This will require local opportunity to be identified through effective use of the MIS Aftersales system, Business Intelligence, along with all database systems available to the business and outbound activity and events delivered
