As a Regional Manager within EuroCarParts/ Team PR Reilly your responsibilities include driving your region to achieve sales and margin targets, along with delivering exceptional operational standards across all branches. You’ll be working as part of the Euro Car Parts Group Senior Management Team to; create, develop and retain high sales performance and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

DrivingSales, Margin & Operational Performance:

  • Fully responsible for all sales,operations,resource and customer service across the region. This includes line management responsibility for a select number of Branch Managers
  • Implement Euro Car Parts Group business strategy throughout your network
  • Deliver KPI’s set out within performance contracts and in agreement with senior management
  • Maintain and share a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket and competitor activity
  • Ensure all branches are fully compliant and delivering all operational KPI’s
  • Deputising and representing the Sales Director and ROI teams within Group Head Office functional forums.
  • Managing logistics and distribution within new generation hubs and local branches

Leadership Behaviour:

  • Act as a key member of the Euro Car Parts Group Senior Management Team by demonstrating thes tandards,behaviours business
  • Represent Euro Car Parts Group professionally when dealing with all external and internal partners
  • Ensure all H&S legal responsibilities are completed inline with company expectations
  • Live, demonstrate and uphold the company values thought your area of responsibility
  • Objectively give and receive feedback in line with the company values

Team Development:

  • Comprehensive management review to be completed monthly
  • Succession plan in place for all roles across the region
  • Employee personal development activity in place to grow skill set
  • Regular colleague reviews
  • Coaching and mentoring to include individual and team development


  • Act as the focal point for cross sales/operations communications
  • Hold structured regional meetings outlining key objectives, incentives & business updates

Cost Control:

  • Achieve the required payroll, head count, distribution and controllable contribution targets as agreed with the senior management team
  • Challenge all costs on the P&L to see where you can improve profitability
  • Teach teams to understand the relationship between sales and cost management to maximise profitability

Performance Management:

  • Set clear SMART and stretch goals and measure performance accordingly
  • Hold your management team to account and ensure theyhold their reports to accountalso
  • Recognise and praise highperformance
  • Understand and manage with a balanced score card approach
