Within the UK, Suzuki are breaking records year on year and last year sold over 40,000 cars into the UK market for the first time. Product driven, the continuing success has now resulted in expansion into the fleet marketplace, with this opportunity being a natural evolution to drive the total volumes towards 50,000 cars and beyond. With the main focus on new business, the successful applicants will be tasked with accomplishment of activity objectives and business development activities by researching and developing corporate sales opportunities, actively prospecting for new business, engaging with the Suzuki Business Partner Network, implementing sales plans and effectively reporting activity and customer feedback, whilst at all times delivering the brand values of our client.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a solution based, results driven and analytical sales approach. The ability to engage at all levels of decision makers and influencers is essential. As is the ability to develop new business from scratch as well as manage existing accounts.
Sales professionals with credibility and gravitas will excel in this role benefitting from working with an industry leading Global Manufacturer. A demonstrable track record of growing sales, overachieving business objectives and understanding/managing margin is essential. Previous / current Fleet experience is mandatory, as well as being a high performing, high calibre sales person with strong commercial acumen and the propensity to coach is more desirable.
