About the role
As a growing business Lookers Ford Harrogate are now looking for a talented person to join us as a Part Time Receptionist. This is a fast paced, busy role where you'll be the main point of contact for our customers whilst providing some administration support to the dealership. Professionally representing the brand in a warm, friendly and welcoming manner you'll ensure our customers are directed to the right person and offer support and guidance where you can.
You will be someone who has pride in high standards to keep our showroom tidy and welcoming at all times. Excellent communication skills will be your strength and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, and friendly and have an approachable and professional manner. Experience working in a similar role with the ability to deal with a variety of responsibilities along with strong organisation skills and an eye for detail is also important. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves working as part of a friendly team, is truly focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and has the ability to turn sometimes challenging situations into positive experiences.
This is a part time role Monday- Friday covering the hours of 1-6pm
