A Prestige Main Dealer in Greater Manchester is looking to recruit a Quality Controller to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role of Quality Controller is pivotal in maintaining this level of customer service. You will be an integral part of the team ensuring that exceptional service standards and processes are maintained and that customer expectations are exceeded in every step of the way.
Main Purpose of the Job
To continually monitor processes within the aftersales department to ensure all aspects are adhered to.
To identify trends with increased or decreased CSI scores based on customer feedback. Raise any concerns with appropriate colleges to address issues.
To assess all customer feedback and raise any concerns with appropriate colleagues.
To ensure that quality checks are carried out on a monthly basis to go beyond the standards set by the manufacturer.
To support service advisors to enable first right time fix.
To be available, when required to provide full support in events such as repeat repair.
To monitor repeat repairs and act accordingly.
To support all departments with technical knowledge.
To provide the appropriate interface between the service advisor and workshop control.
To attend regular departmental meetings to discuss actions.
