About the Role
Joining us as Product Lead, you will work with a dedicated squad of Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers and Testers and focus on delivering best in class solutions that enhance our existing products and add value for our customers whilst staying ahead of our rapid growth.
Working with both internal and external stakeholders, you will successfully manage the product roadmap and ensure we maximise the return on our technology investment, aligning your squad roadmap with other squads and tribes. Using commercial, insight and research functions, you will identify the features with the most customer and business value to identify and define opportunities, prioritising backlog. Another key element of the role is to define clear and unambiguous functional and non-functional business requirements, business processes and/or customer journeys, and communicate these as appropriate with Engineers, Architects and other stakeholders.
We’re looking for an individual who has an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude and strong commercial acumen. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have proven success in product development to include successful product launches, and be able to develop and bring to the market software products and solutions aligned to the product roadmap.
Able to build and maintain positive rapport with customers, colleagues and stakeholders, you will demonstrate the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment with changing and multiple priorities and be an expert in product development methodologies, especially Agile. A good understanding of data, and how to leverage data within your decision making is a must, as is experience of developing and managing product pricing strategies and negotiating commercial contracts.
