Prestige Sales Executive

£18k basic (Increasing to £21k and £24k depending on performance) with £50-60k OTE

North West London

Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm / Saturdays 9am – 5pm / 1 in 3 Sundays 11am – 4pm

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Developing customer relationships through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Maximising profits by following the sales process.
• Achieving monthly KPIS for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
• To handle all customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
• To attend training on a regular basis to maintain product knowledge
• To effectively manage the customer through the entire sales process; from enquiry to delivery and beyond.
• To manage and develop customer follow-up and prospecting systems designed to create additional sales opportunities for repeat and new business.

Your background & skill:

• 1 year + experience working as a Sales Executive in the Motor Trade.
• Well presented individual.
• Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
• A full clean driving licence.
