£37,000 OTE plus a high basic, BONUS PAID ON DEPARTMENTAL PROFIT
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager the successful candidate will have demonstrated a solid background managing or supervising a franchised automotive parts department OR BE READY TO STEP INTO THE ROLE, and have stable career. You will be tasked with maintaining standards of performance of the parts team through effective coaching and performance management, you will also be responsible for all recruitment matters within the parts department.
