Due to expansion and construction of our new flagship Kia showroom we are looking to recruit a Parts/Service advisor.
You will provide support and first class customer experience at the Service Reception. Through excellent customer service you will promote and affect sales of parts stock, at retail, trade and workshop areas.
Your Main Duties
Organize workshop loading in an efficient manner to ensure utilization of workshop capacity
Carry out customer follow up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop and facilitate the sale of accessories parts and new vehicles.
Achieve parts sales by prospecting, acquiring and maintaining accounts and actively promoting Parts and associated promotions to potential customers.
Ensure that all customers at retail, trade and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently
Complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner
Communicate and log any discrepancies of stock with Management

Exceptional verbal and written skills and excels in both telesales and customer facing roles
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
Collaborates with colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales
Committed to achieving excellent customer relations and ensuring that customer’s expectations are met if not exceeded
Positive friendly and professional manner, demonstrates integrity, discretion and objectivity
Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Maths and English GCSE’s
A good technical understanding of motor vehicles
The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision but also able to work successfully as part of a team
Prior experience working in the motor trade and/or customer service would be advantageous
Flexible approach and ability to work weekends.
A full and valid UK driving license is essential
Remuneration and Benefits
Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience. 22 days annual leave and 8 Statutory days entitlement. Benefits negotiable to suitable candidate.
