Parts Person

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our successful group of accident repair Bodyshop’s in London and the South East.

You will be fully experienced in:

  • Identifying and ordering  parts
  • Be able to process special orders and to communicate on lead times, actual delivery and price with the customer or department concerned
  • Notifying workshop control of arrival of parts for vehicles awaiting parts
  • Processing invoices and credit notes
  • Carrying out administrative tasks relating to stock movement
  • Undertaking administrative, housekeeping, stock movement tasks

·         Maintaining stock security

·         Being able to secure and label all return parts and return parts in accordance with manufacturer instructions

 

You would need to easily fit into a fast-paced environment, with a good understanding of the requirements of working to manufacturer’s specifications in a BSI accredited site.

 

With an hourly rate relating to your experience and performance, the working hours are between 42.5 and 47.5 hours per week. A work-based pension scheme is in place and 28 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays).
