We now have career opportunities for full-time experienced Parts Advisors at several of our branches.

About the role

  • This individual will be the first point of contact for customer queries and information regarding stock, therefore all-round product knowledge is essential.
  • Working as part of the Advisory team, this individual will need the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively to ensure service requirements are met to exceptional standards.
  • This role will involve building a rapport with customers, providing excellent customer service and meeting customer and management expectations.
  • Various systems are used to ensure correct parts are advised and ordered; therefore, a standard level of IT competency is required.

Requirements:

· A good understanding of motor vehicles

· Computer literate

· Enthusiastic and energetic

· Experience within the Motor Trade in the Automotive Aftermarket industry or main car dealership

· Reliable, flexible and punctual

· Willing to work weekends

· Looking to develop your career in motor vehicle parts
