Parts Advisor

Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a full-time Parts Advisor for their award-winning BMW & MINI Centre on Preston Docklands. 

The Role:

Includes but is not limited to:

• Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience in a warm and professional manner
• Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
• Raise invoices and take payments
• Stock control
• Re-order parts

Skills & Experience:

• A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
• Proven experience in a similar role, as well as Parts knowledge
• Self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• An effective communicator
• Well-presented and personable
• Strong administration skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Quality awareness
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

Working hours are 41.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6.30am – 5.30pm; together with one in three Saturdays (7.30am – 12.30pm) on a rota basis, paid at overtime rate.
