Due to business growth Sytner High Wycombe is currently looking to recruit for motivated and ambitious Parts Advisor to join the Parts department.
The Parts Advisor position is a role for someone who is hardworking, proactive, and has great communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):
- Supporting and assisting colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing;
- Checking in all new stock and locating correctly, observing shelf life requirements, to manufacturer standards;
- Pre-picking parts for workshop as required;
- Accurately invoicing, or entering into service department jobs, all issued parts and accessories;
- Ordering parts in to stock and informing customers and our service department when they come in;
- Making sure that all customer/vehicle details that are entered into computer database are correct;
- Ensuring that all parts issued are checked and in good condition;
- Assisting in the stock check process, as and when necessary.
Who are you?
You will be focused on dealing with customers, both internal and external, who have high expectations and a varied range of needs and demands. As a result, you need to have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport, as well as a desire to provide the highest level of customer service. You will work closely with the Parts team and will be an integral support for the department so you must be organised and have good attention to detail
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a manufacturer automotive retailer is a must.
