Yeomans require a part-time vehicle sales administrator for our busy Nissan dealership in Worthing.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of data management and have experience in customer services. In addition, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines and timeframes is an essential for this role.
The administration tasks required to perform this role include:
* Vehicle registrations using the AFRL System
* The accurate ordering of vehicles using the manufacturers systems
* Invoicing new, used and trade vehicles
* Maintaining vehicle deal files, both paper and electronic
* Check and prepare reports for both internal and external use
* The use of CDK / ADP / Kerridge
