Vehicle Paint Sprayer

We are a family owned Vehicle Repair Specialists, who pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service combined with the highest quality repairs. Our new premises have all the latest equipment.

We are looking for an experienced vehicle paint sprayer and team player to join our dynamic and fast paced team. We expect you to have a clear understanding of Health & Safety within the workshop and apply it to your working practices.

You need to be versatile, have an excellent eye for detail, be able to work well on your own initiative and take responsibility for the works completed.

Benefits:

- Pay negotiable depending on experience

- Overtime available

- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

- Company Pension Scheme

Monday to Friday 

Main Duties: (the below list is non-exhaustive)

- Prepare and mask vehicles prior to paint

- De nib and polish to a high standard

- Light Repair and Prime

- Preparing paint spraying equipment ensuring its clean and working

- Preparing the bodywork for the car

- Mixing paints to the right colour and consistency.

- Applying several coats to the car, including primers, colours and protective finishes.

- Ensuring work is all done on time and to a very high standard

Requirements:

- At least 3 years experience of being a painter including being able to prep, paint and polish

- Understanding of paint mixing and tinting

- Have good attention to detail

- Experience in preparing materials

- Good Communication Skills

- Driving Licence
