A New Car Sales Executive is required for a successful franchise dealership in Stoke on Trent.
As a New Car Sales Executive you will report directly into the Sales Manager, and your primary responsibilities will be:
To achieve monthly personal sales targets, achieving the minimum profit targets
To achieve monthly sales targets for additional profit centres including finance and insurance
Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes
To ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction at all times in accordance with dealership sales policy to ensure repeat business and to comply with manufacturer CSI
Previous car sales experience is preferable but not essential although the ideal candidate will have experience working in a KPI/targeted environment. You must be well presented, enjoy meeting new people, possess strong communication skills and have the determination and enthusiasm to succeed in a fast moving environment. You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with a world-class purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives.
