We are looking to recruit an experienced motor-trade Sales Executive who is motivated, successful and outgoing to join our busy BMW New Car Sales Team at Sytner High Wycombe.
Selling new BMWs to existing and future customers, you will be responsible for representing both the Sytner Group and the BMW Brand, delivering the highest levels of customer care at all times.
The successful applicant will take great pride in genuinely helping customers and earning their trust, so they keep coming back to you again and again. Furthermore, you must:
- have previous experience selling cars for a manufacturer franchise dealer, ideally prestige;
- pride yourself on your knowledge and interest in the products you sell;
- have a proven track record for achieving set targets, and be able to show evidence of this;
- be committed to delivering a first class customer service at all times;
- have a full and valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
In addition, you will be organised, be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team, and your passion and enthusiasm for this exciting marque must be apparent at all times.
This is an extremely demanding full-time role which will require you to work most Saturdays, as well as Sundays as per the rota.
