Role – New Car Sales Administrator
Salary - Competitive (Dependent on experience/qualifications/accreditations)
Location - Bolton

Richard Abson Group are looking to find an experienced Sales Administrator in the New Car Sales Department with a main dealer in the Bolton area.


Requirements: Experience as a Sales Administrator in the Motor trade, preferably with a main dealership, although full training will be given. Experience in using Kerridge and Microsoft Office.

The business is a well-established and reputable main dealer, working with prestige brands. Looking to employ someone with enthusiasm, experience with Sales Administration and strong communication skills. You will have opportunities to progress your career, attend additional training courses and gain/build upon your current skills.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Processing orders
- Answering customer queries
- Processing and sending out invoices
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Updating customer databases and maintaining records
- Registering vehicles with the DVLA
- Arranging vehicle tax and insurances
- Processing new car sales orders with the manufacturer
- Organising pre-reg vehicles
- Ensuring all additional products are listed on invoices, including service plan’s, insurances, warranties etc
- Arranging finance agreements with various lenders

Working hours and salary: The dealership is offering a competitive salary, based on experience. Working over 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
