National Accounts Manager – Automotive Lubricants
We are looking to recruit an experienced National Account Manager to deliver sales growth across Central & South England on behalf of a leading automotive lubricants manufacturer & brand. If you’re a strong Key Account Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with experience in the Automotive Aftermarket, Car, Commercial Vehicle, Off Highway, Bus and Coach industry then get in touch today.
Central & South England, ideal location – Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Oxford, Reading, Northampton, Peterborough, Swindon
Salary – Circa £40,000 to £45,000 + Bonus OTE (£50K – £55K) + Car + Pension + Benefits
Our client is a leading brand that manufactures world class lubricants specifically designed to cater for the demanding needs of automotive workshops that service the transportation markets. Including, agricultural & commercial vehicle, coach & bus applications through to traditional automotive aftermarket workshops and respective vehicle dealer networks.
The role will report directly to the Head of Sales and will focus heavily on developing trade business within an established framework of customers, targeting the automotive aftermarket. In addition, this role will include targeting key accountsand developing markets for key segments with the potential to improve profitability, positioning and market share.
Our ideal candidate will come from an Account Management background and will be well located to cover the region. If you can bring a successful track record of selling lubricants or products into the Automotive Aftermarket, Commercial Vehicle workshops, Off Highway, Bus and Coach sectors this will be considered impressive for starters. An ability to communicate with individuals from board room to workshop floor will be an important element of the job along with accurately grasping automotive applications and product specifications. Previous field salesexperience along with a demonstrable successful sales pedigree is high on the agenda pre-interview.
Our ideal individual will also possess strong personal qualities and attributes along with solid pc skills (common Microsoft applications)
