Motor Trade Jobs - Motorcycle Technician Jobs in Peterborough, Cambridgshire

Salary: £21-25,000 (OTE £23-27,000).
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 & Saturday (1 in 2) 08:00-13:00.

Our client requires a Motorcycle Technician to work to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

This is a fantastic leading company to work for where the rewards are high.

Duties Include:

• Efficiently diagnose standard and complex faults and ensure underlying problems are resolved.
• Stripping, fitting and replacing components on vehicles
• Working to deadlines to ensure that work is completed on time.

As a Motorcycle Technician you will have a genuine passion for the brand and will be keen to share this enthusiasm with customers and colleagues alike.

Whilst competency in the servicing and maintenance of motorcycles would be advantageous, this role may suit an individual that has gained a fundamental technical skill set but who is seeking an opportunity to build upon this.

As you will be an integral member of a small team, you will understand the importance of coordinating effectively with your colleagues; you will have a positive mind-set and will to succeed; and you will be eager to directly impact the success of the business. Confidence in communicating professionally, appropriately and in an engaging manner with customers is necessary; as is flexibility in understanding that this role encompasses many varied duties. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will, for example, have an involvement in the monitoring and allocation of parts and accessories.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for a motorcycle enthusiast to combine their personal interests with their career.

To be considered for this role, a current motorcycle licence is required. In return, you will be joining an outstanding business, that values its employees and cherishes its customers.
