Service Team Leader
Main Dealer in Cambridge
Salary £24,000 to £26,000 plus bonus
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota
We are recruiting for an experienced automotive Service Team Leader to work with my client, a main dealer in Cambridge.
This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for an experienced, professional Service Advisor to join my well respected client and the highly desirable car manufacturer they hold the local franchise for. You will be reporting to the franchise manager and assisting the franchise manager in the operation for the department, providing on going training for the Service Team.
To be successful in this highly fulfilling role, you will need to have a full understanding of the Service Advisor role within a main dealer as well as a genuine understanding of how the aftersales department runs as a whole, therefore experience in the role is vital. Ideally you will have working knowledge of Kerridge. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, and a track record of success in customer service and upsell will be needed.
