Automotive Service Advisor required in Bromley
£23,000 basic, £35,000 OTE Per Annum
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm plus 1 in 3 Saturday 9am - 1pm

Progress Recruitment Solutions (UK) Ltd are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a Main Car Dealer in Bromley.

You will be responsible for:

Booking customer's vehicles in for Service, MOT or repair
Advising on any work required along with any additional costs
Arranging collection/delivery of cars and providing courtesy cars where necessary
Invoicing and taking payments
Advising on warranty issues and advisory notes

To apply, the candidate must have:

A full UK Driving licence
Pinnacle experience (advantageous)
Be well presented and well-mannered
Be driven and motivated
Be passionate to providing excellent customer service
Keen to develop a career in the motor trade.
Passionate about the motor trade

The competitive salary package will include bonuses and commission based on various KPIs including Customer Satisfaction and Upsell.
