Monday - Friday | Saturdays on rota (42.5 per week)
We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a main dealer that’s continually evolving, offering its employees the kind of professional development and opportunities that bring exciting new challenges to every working day.
To manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries
To qualify service needs
To establish an understanding and agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
To explain the work carried out on the vehicle ensuring customer's full understanding and authorisation
To understand and adhere to brand service requirements
The successful candidate will ideally be experienced in a similar role, be highly focused and able to build successful working relationships with customers face to face and via the telephone.
