Our client, a franchised car dealer based in Sheffield, are looking to recruit an experienced motor trade Sales Administrator to join their sales team.
The successful applicant will have previous experience as a motor trade Sales Administrator. My client is in need of a candidate who is accustomed to the administrative processes and car manufacturer, dealer and the DVLA. Experience using the Kerridge/Drive system would be advantageous, but not essential.
My client is a reputable franchised car dealer that can offer a busy and friendly working environment. The successful candidate can expect the busy sales team to bring a consistent workload across the year, with of course the natural peaks in new registration months. A flexible approach to a potential uplift in working hours around March and September’s busier times would be required to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of the sales department for the registration of new cars, invoicing of all deals and part-exchange vehicles, creation of handover paperwork, stock control, stock ordering, registration of warranties and additional products and the management of self-registered vehicles, as well as a lot more duties.
It is essential to hold a valid drivers licence for this vacancy.
