About the Role
The Motability Specialist is a very rewarding role in the dealership. This role is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience to Motability customers and ensuring that they receive the attention and respect they require to make the right buying decisions. This role leans more towards delivering results and meeting customer expectations than to sales. The role holder will also be responsible for the completion of associated paperwork.
For this role, experience working within motortrade sales is essential. What we are looking for, is for someone who embodies the five un-teachables: Talent, Drive, Energy, Attitude and Character. You will also need to have a driving licence enabling you to drive in the UK. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
