Our Client, a main franchised dealership in Cambridge have the requirement for a Master Technician to join their workshop team.

As a Master Technician/Mechanic, you will be fully competent in the servicing and repairing of vehicles to the highest Manufacturer Standards. As well as technical competence in the mechanics of a vehicle, you will also have thorough knowledge of the electrical components and be comfortable with using the latest diagnostic equipment to detect and diagnose faults and establish work required. You will also be required to support the Workshop Controller in the running of the service facility along. The client will consider diagnostic Technicians as long as you have some manufacturer accreditations.

 As you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team, you will need to have good interpersonal communication skills; and the ability to converse professionally and appropriately with customers and colleagues alike. You will be committed to continuing to develop your expertise, through self-directed learning; and attendance of both internal and external training events.

 Current Master Technician/Senior Technician/Diagnostic Technician status would be advantageous.

Salary up to £30,000 + Bonus (OTE £40,000)
Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 & Saturday (1 in 3) 08:00-14:00.
