About the Role

As a Master Technician you will be the expert in carrying out diagnosis and undertaking servicing and repair work on customer vehicles. You will effectively use your technical knowledge and skills to ensure you and your colleagues are working efficiently. You will be expected to liaise with service advisors, customers and senior management ensuring excellent customer service and a professional approach at all times. We will also require you to assist in the mentoring and development of apprentice technicians. Our hours of work are 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work alternate Saturday mornings as part of your contract.

About You

In order to be successful, you must possess the following: - A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or 4 - Current experience as a Master Technician - Own Set of Tools - Full UK Driving Licence
