Local Sales Manager - National Role (based in either locations: Birmingham, Manchester, Greater London)

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

* In collaboration with each Branch Manager, train all Rental Sales Agents to identify new corporate customers at the counter

* Ensure sufficient usage and traffic generated from the Cobra Sales Lead Button

* Track and report lead results and initiate action steps to reach target numbers

* Support the Branch Managers in new customer generation by regularly monitoring and tracking sales-related KPIs

* Develop the Branch Managers for corporate sales in initial training as well as on-the-job coaching. Ensure Managers acquire the relevant skills and knowledge on company products, systems and the overall sales process.

* Motivate the Branch Managers in your area of responsibility to actively pursue new customer acquisition and ensure that sales results are evenly distributed among the branches

* Monitor and control the Deal transition process from Branch Manager to the Telesales Farmer team to guarantee a smooth transition after the Deal reaches the relevant status

Your Qualities

* Inform the region/country and your direct (functional) line manager of current results and develop strategies together to consistently improve sales results

* Organize regular meetings with the BMs to discuss sales results and offer training sessions

* Organize customer events and represent Sixt at trade fairs and other official events

* Happy with regular travel around UK with occasional overnights
