Our Client, a very well regarded premium retailer based in the GRIMSBY area is looking to recruit a high quality LOCAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for their Corporate Department.
You will work to achieve agreed sales targets along with dealer and manufacturer KPI's. You will be responsible for the prospect, management and follow up of new corporate sales enquiries, including Fleet and brokerage, using established dealer processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining a detailed schedule of sales activity which will be reviewed with the Sales Manager.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven background in business to business sales, ideally in the motor trade although this is not essential. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, confidence, resilience and be able to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will have an enthusiastic personality; an ability to converse at all levels and the drive to be a top performer.
