As a Contact Centre Executive and you will be responsible for dealing with incoming enquiries to the business.
Your principle responsibilities will include:
Assisting the retail sales function in achieving budgeted sales volumes and contributions, by providing specialist advice, direction and negotiation skills
Responding to customers promptly and efficiently, to maximise sales opportunities
Identifying opportunities for vehicle sales and defining positive next actions in this regard
Evaluating customers' buying experiences
Participating in marketing initiatives, as required by Group Management, to attract incremental opportunities
You will be keen to develop win-win situations and bring a natural charisma to your role.
