About the role

We currently have a rarely available opportunity for a Head of Business for Taggarts Land Rover Glasgow North. We are looking for an extremely driven and talented leader to help drive us even further. Your role as Head of Business will be to effectively manage the resources within our newly refurbished centre to achieve business objectives including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels. We are looking for the successful candidate to be currently operating at Head of Business or General Manager level ideally from a prestige car manufacturer. At this level, we require someone who can demonstrate effective people management skills and has the ability and experience to draw the best performance from their team, as well as communicating in a manner that builds relationships with employees and customers alike.
Furthermore, our Head of Business must possess a positive energy and genuine regard for the importance of the customer to the sustainability of the business. As representatives of Taggarts Land Rover, all our managers act as trustworthy ambassadors and run their area of responsibility in a manner that honours the Land Rover brand values and supports Land Rover brand strategy.
