An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a top class General Sales Manager for a high profile premium brand Dealership, owned by a privately owned group,based in South London/Surrey boarders.
The role is at one of the Groups busiest premium business with a highly efficient, productive team.
The successful applicant will be an extremely polished and highly motivated Sales or general Manager, able to clearly demonstrate excellent leadership skills, the ability to communicate clearly and experienced in achieving both high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
You will need to illustrate a track record of delivering outstanding results in terms of volume and profit growth, be adept at ensuring excellent enquiry management, be a proactive and hands on leader as well as being able to mentor and coach the sales team.
The basic salary is outstanding and potential OTE is well in excess of 80,000, plus Car, and Pension
