You’ll work as part of a high performing team to make outbound telemarketing calls to our customers providing a smooth and efficient service. You’ll be a crucial part of the fleet team, creating the contact point for our customers to soft sell and generate leads that will eventually convert to the sale of a new fleet vehicles. Working to understand your customers’ requirements and ensuring you can deliver the right service and information for the sales teams, you will use your initiative and experience to create the right experience for fleet customers.
Working with the Groups website to pull off fleet leads.
Sales Admin duties:
To complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle, raising workshop and subcontractor orders to the final invoicing.
• Vehicle registrations.
• Maintain vehicle files.
• Check and prepare reports for internal and external use.
