You’ll be an experienced Fleet Sales / Lease Manager within a prestige or volume main franchised dealership. You’ll be able to point to an impressive track record of achieving good numbers month in month out, ideally within short term and or long term rentals. You will also be able to substantiate the highest level of CSI and employee engagement. You’ll be looking for a challenge, and the opportunity for your efforts and skills to be rewarded, not only financially but also with the opportunity to advance your career.

About You:

  •  At least 2 years experience as a Manager within a Fleet Team ideally within a prestige or volume main dealership.
  • A strong focus on profitability.
  • A proven focus on CSI.
  •  A strong communicator and leader.
  •  An excellent customer friendly manner.

About the dealership:

This is a dealership that has an excellent reputation selling a prestige brand and is looking to develop its Fleet and Rental business.

Additional Information:

  • £30,000 basic (OTE £30,000).
