Fleet Administrator Vacancy - Bristol £20-22k per annum. Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join our clients' commercial site in the Bristol area.
Ideally you will have an Automotive background with an understanding of how the Fleet process works, any knowledge of the Aftersales / Service element of the business will also be desirable.
You will need excellent administration skills together with the ability to pick up new computer based packages quickly and efficiently. You will need good customer service skills as well as the ability to liaise at all levels, especially when under pressure. Experience in a similar role with would be essential.
Role Requirements -
*Excellent customer service skills. *Previous experience in a Fleet administrator role. *Understanding of contract hire and leasing. *Understanding of fleet codes and discounts. *Invoicing. *Vehicle ordering. *Reading fleet agreement documentation.
