​Our client, a car dealership in the CM postcode area of Essex is looking to recruit a Finance Brokerage Business Development Executive to join their busy team. The basic salary on offer is £24k and there is a very attractive OTE of £95k+, along with a Company Car.

*** THIS IS A FIELD BASED ROLE ***

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing and new accounts, understanding their current and future needs
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Maximise sales opportunities through effective planning to minimise travel and utilise time
  • Managing national sales plans ensuring that business targets are met and growth is achieved
  • Proactively contribute to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction through analysing performance and trends of accounts
  • Actively maintaining a high level of product knowledge, current/future legislation and competitors

Key Requirements:

  • You MUST have experience within a finance brokerage
  • You MUST have proven experience with motor finance essential
  • You MUST have a proven track record of successful account management
  • Experience managing and developing new/existing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop new relationships
  • Proven ability to think laterally to solve problems and consider options that will optimise the requirements of the business and the customer
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Successful ability of managing and planning your workload in a structured and organised manner
  • Full UK driving licence

Working hours are: 9am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday), Alternate Saturdays (9am to 6pm)
