Booking customer vehicles into the dealership
Contacting prospective service customers
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Initiating the solving of customer problems in a professional manner
Adhering to mystery shop standards
Accurate data input of customer details
The successful applicant will be targeted and challenged to increase customer retention as well as to improve and drive lead conversion. Previous experience in this type of position is essential for application for role.
