Our client, the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced VDA/Estimator.

Salary:
Basic - £39,700
OTE - 43k +

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.15am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturday mornings - 8.30am to 12.30pm

About you:
ATA preferred but not essential.
Must have Audatex exp.
The person should have good people skills and understand the principals of the body repair industry.
As this workshop is PAS 125 approved a good understanding of PAS 125 would be a distinct advantage.

Successful candidates will have experience within the bodyshop arena.
Applicants must have the ability to work well in a team and well under pressure.

Their ideal candidate will be:
* Motor trade experienced
* Computer literate
* Have a good eye for detail
* Strong communication skills
* Experience dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone
* High degree of sales focus

Duties and responsibilities include:
* Dealing with customers and maintaining strong relationships
* Reporting on cosmetic repair requirements
* Estimating and selling bodyshop repair work
* Delivering high standards of customer satisfaction
