Digital Enquiry Agent - Chelmsford
Salary: £20,000 plus bonus
Our company are the UK’s largest of its kind, and number one independent 4 x 4 dealership who are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their state of the art dealership.
This role will be helping to support the sales team making appointments and responding to emails to telephone enquiries. You will be providing an admin based role with deposit taking where necessary.
* Making appointments for the sales team
* Responding to emails and telephone calls
* Engaging sales team with enquiries
* Taking deposits when possible
* Logging all enquiries onto a CRM system
* Engaging with onsite customers when required
Essential Skills & Requirements:
You will need to have a current and valid driving licence and knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership, good knowledge of financing and basic mathematical skills. You will have excellent persuasive verbal communication skills and a professional appearance and attitude.
