Job Description

  • Your main duties will be to unleash the potential of a stable sales team of 8, and stretch targets, ambitions and drive performance.
  • You will be targeted around sales and profit performance and customer satisfaction performance.
  • You will motivate, manage, organise and encourage new ideas and processes to increase performance.
  • You will ensure fantastic relations are kept between the company and the brand partners.
  • Overall, it's your job to make the business happen.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am – 6pm, Saturday 8.30am – 5pm
