Location: Skelmersdale

Hours: 35.00 hours Monday to Friday includes 1 in 4 Saturday’s paid as overtime              

Salary: £8.60 per hour

Every week, for the last thirty years, we have repaired hundreds of damaged vehicles to the industry's highest safety standards. As a Customer Service Claims Handlers, you will be based within a small team at the Company’s head office in Skelmersdale. You are the voice of the Company, therefore a desire to deliver extraordinary customer service is a must, as well as the ability to handle customer concerns and develop an exceptional resolution.

Working closely in partnership with our five sites, this will require you to work with a variety of employees across various departments, this will ensure that decisions are made to guarantee an exceptional customer service is delivered to all our customers. As a family business we pride ourselves on being a close-knit team, and a culture of sharing knowledge of best practice with each other.
