My client are a large, well established Accident Repair Centre in Dorking with Manufacturer approval for some of the Worlds most recognised vehicle makes and models, currently require an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join their existing team.
You will preferably have previous experience within either an Accident Repair Centre or Dealership and be confident and outgoing with the ability to build relationships with customers, insurance companies and colleagues quickly.
You will be required to handle enquiries over the telephone and face to face from customers with regards to new or ongoing work being carried out on their vehicle and be able to feedback information concerning prices and timescales as well as keeping the workshop up to date.
There is also an element of upselling involved with regards to additional products or services that would be of benefit to the customer.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm
Salary - £18,000 - £23,000 per annum
