Customer Service Advisor required to join a busy franchised site in the Wimbledon area of South West London.
You will be responsible for managing the visits of customers to the service department of this popular dealership. Your role will therefore include the booking of services/MOTs, meeting the customers dropping off their vehicles and filling out the relevant paperwork, liaising with the workshop to find out the work that needs carrying out on customers' vehicles, relaying this to the customer and meeting the customer again to hand back their vehicles including invoicing and taking payments. There will be many other duties such as following up customers to make sure that they are happy with the service provided.
The successful candidate will therefore possess excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone. You should ideally have experience in a similar role in the motor industry, although candidates performing a similar role in vehicle rental or other related industries will also be considered. A full UK driving licence is ESSENTIAL as you will be required to move cars on site.
The basic salary on offer will be circa £24,500 with the opportunity to earn bonus based on upselling and CSI scores, giving an OTE of circa £32,000.
