Our valued and professional client is looking for a Motor Trade Customer Experience Manager
to work with their friendly team. Requirements
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Management Team in maintaining the quality standards of the business. This role is integral in driving the delivery of customer excellence and, as such, you will be responsible for the Centre's Showroom Hosts.
This will include: assisting Line Managers with the analysis of key performance indicators; identifying trend formation and recommending measures for business improvement; facilitating quality-related management meetings; co-ordinating the results of audit-related activities; and helping to promote, maintain and coach in the understanding of quality systems and processes.
A passion for maintaining high standards is required. Further to this, you need to have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the business; have excellent attention to detail; work on your own initiative; and be able to meet deadlines.
