Have you got excellent telephone skills, be adaptable and a good listener?
Are you able to control and maximise service bookings, interpreting the customer’s requirements in a courteous and efficient manner?
Do you have the ability to link sell other products and services?
Are you able to negotiate and handle objections with benefits?
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, enthusiastic, target driven and self-motivated to drive the workshop bookings to exceed daily targets. You will need to have motor dealership experience with the ability to load the workshop efficiently each day to maximise the available Technician hours and other resources.
You must be computer literate, preferably with the ability to use all appropriate modules of Kerridge DMS, particularly Point of Sale, Workshop Loading, 1 link platform, Motability.
