Our Client, a large dealer in Huntingdon have the requirement for a Customer Advisor to join their team.
As a Customer Appointment Specialist, you will be integral to ensuring that each and every customer receives an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and making outbound service maintenance calls. Your key responsibilities will include; maintaining sufficient knowledge of all products and services across the range. Be able to answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Securing sales appointments in an efficient and courteous manner and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; you’ll be an important ambassador for Our Client.
Previous experience in a fast paced, target driven environment and a passion for maintaining high standards is required. Further to this, you need to have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the business; have excellent attention to detail; be competent in the use of Microsoft Office; work on your own initiative; and be able to meet deadlines/
