We are currently recruiting a Collections Assistant to join our fast paced and vibrant Customer Services Department. This customer service role consists of preparing vehicles for collection and dealing with customer queries regarding the collection of their newly purchased vehicles.
Cargiant is the world';s largest car dealership with 7000 vehicles in stock and retail sales of approximately 850-900 cars per week! What you will do:
Escort customers to their new vehicles; address any queries they might have in a polite and professional manner
Deal with vehicle keys in a responsible manner, ensuring all keys are kept in the correct locations
Deliver vehicles to customer's address as and when required by management
Prepare all vehicles prior to customer collection, this includes valeting vehicles to the highest quality, applying Gardx and removing any stickers
Carrying out final quality control checks using an iPad ensuring all vehicles are ready for collection
What you will need:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional, polite and pro-active attitude towards work
Full and valid driving license with at least on years’ driving experience
Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
Great attention to detail
