Our Client a franchised Motor Trade dealership in Taunton Somerset have the requirement for a Car Sales Executive to join their Sales team.
As a Car Sales Executive you will have the wants and needs of the customer at the forefront of your interactions, and you will understand how to translate these into appropriate products and services. You will also understand that your role is founded upon specific targets and you will be competent in managing and exceeding your targets, whilst maintaining the quality of the customer experience.
As excellent customer experiences are the responsibility of everyone within the business, you will understand the importance of coordinating effectively within a team environment. You will therefore, be considerate of colleagues and customer alike, and have a ‘one business’ mind set.
To thrive within a target-driven environment, you will have excellent skills of communication, persuasion and negotiation. You will be keen to develop win-win situations and bring a natural charisma to your role.
In return, you will be joining a forward-thinking and innovative business within the motor-industry; that believes in developing its team members to be the best that they can be. The client would be happy to look at a Trainee as long as they can follow process and are very motivated and understand upsell. Someone from a retail background witha element of selling will be serioly considered.
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm (day off in the week on a rota)
Saturday 8:30am – 5pm
Sunday 10am – 4pm (1 in 2 on a rota)
